HCLTech is looking for a *GenAI Product Manager* with ability to help in building deep learning and Generative AI capabilities.Job Title: GenAI Product ManagerPosition Type: Full-timeLocation: Dallas, TXThe ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Product, Marketing, Technology Solutions peer teams, IT, Partners, and Global Customer Operations teams to execute growth projects and new products and features. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development. The ideal candidate will also understand prompt engineering, build domain-specific models leveraging (ideally) vector search, and/or have experience with fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models).Key Responsibilities:* Lead technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews* Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis* Responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision-making, and business impact* Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery* Articulate to stakeholders your teams technology vision, requirements, goals, and milestones* Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases* Own the execution of or applying AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, NLP, speech/audio, or personalizationKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:* Have introduced new products to end customers in previous roles that have dramatically changed market dynamics* Knowledge of Gen AI and ML landscape and can shape strategy and engage with stakeholders* 5 years experience in product management with technical products* Bachelors degree* Minimum 5 years experience as a Product ManagerHow Youll GrowAt HCLTech, we offer continuous opportunities for you to find your spark and grow with us.
