We are hiring today!*Responsibilities:** Greet guests, learn their names, manage the market flow, and the players* Inspire players to have a sense of self pride and passion of food, service and high standards.* Train, develop and promote players and assess performance on a regular basis.* Implement training programs that improve market experience, guest care and profitability.* Maintain and build the market from a complimentary perspective, remaining true to the brand.* Maintain all merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels.* Manage cash handling, opening/closing office procedures depending on your shift* Manage equipment and the interior/exterior of the market as needed.* Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set for by Eatzi's.*Qualifications:** 4+ years restaurant management experience or a* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and 2 years of restaurant management experience* Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.* Results-oriented. Able to set the vision and see the big picture.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills* Possess strong leadership skills.
