Bookkeeper/Accountant

Job Description:

Amazing medical office needs Full Charge Bookkeeper for Accounts Receivable, Full Cycle Accounts Payable, General Ledger work, Reconciling payables and billing, as well as periodic Financial Reporting.


Must be extremely proficient with Quickbooks! Must be able to manage the office. Office Manager experience is required.




Duties:



Include but are not limited to:



Full cycle Accounts Payable



Account Receivable Support



Cash flow Forecasting



Bank Reconciliation



Standard Monthly Reporting



Recording of all the business transactions in terms of purchases and sales, cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, and other accounting entries



Qualifications:



Must have full cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience with a minimum of 2 years experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
