Job Description:
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred Knowledge of automotive finance terms,
recovery procedures, and insurance-related processes 1–2 years of
experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial
services environment Familiarity with total loss processes,
deficiency balances, and repossession Experience working with
impounded vehicles or auto insurance strongly preferred Clerical,
organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage high-volume queues and meet critical deadlines
Comfortable with skip tracing, vendor coordination, and legal
document handling
