Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Partnership Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute significantly to our company's financial growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires advanced knowledge in Excel and ideally some SQL, and PowerBI. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire accounting process for multiple partnerships, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and analysis. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for partnerships. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulatory bodies. Work closely with external auditors during financial and operational audits. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings. Use advanced Excel, SQL, and PowerBI skills to automate accounting processes, create financial models, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a partnership accounting role. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI is prefered Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and other applicable regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis. Demonstrated ability to implement accounting policies and procedures.
