Specialist – Immediate Opening! Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Rate:
$19.50 – $23.50 BOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job
Description: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for
managing the full cycle of accounts payable operations, including
but not limited to: Processing invoices, employee expense reports,
and patient refunds Managing vendor relationships and executing
daily payment processing Ensuring three-way match accuracy for
purchase orders across all company entities Handling communication
with vendors and internal staff via phone and email Maintaining
accuracy and consistency in all aspects of payables processing Job
Requirements: High School diploma or GED (required) 3 year of
recent experience in a high-volume AP environment (500
invoices/week) Strong understanding of the full-cycle AP process
Typing speed of at least 45 WPM Excellent data entry skills and
strong attention to detail Effective oral and written communication
skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and AP-related
software systems Strong organizational and time management
