focus to the business. JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator REPORTS TO:
Manager, Payroll & Accounting LOCATION: Plano, TX or Remote
SUMMARY: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring
accurate and timely preparation, processing, and distribution of
payroll. This role requires a high level of accuracy,
confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations,
and compliance requirements. The Payroll Administrator reports
directly to the Manager, Payroll & Accounting and works closely
with People & Culture, Accounting, and management to resolve
payroll issues and support employee inquiries. DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Process payrolls for all employees (Hourly &
Salary) in accordance with company policies and Federal, State, and
Local regulations. Review and verify timecards, attendance records,
and other relevant data. Maintain accurate employee payroll records
including new hires, terminations, changes in pay rates, benefits,
and deductions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company
policies. Submit and monitor payroll-related reports, including tax
filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions. Respond to employee
payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and
professional manner. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and
validate confirmed reports. Collaborate with People & Culture and
Finance to support audits and reporting requirements. Stay updated
on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. Experience with
multi-state payroll processing preferred. Knowledge of benefits
administration and HRIS systems preferred. Certified Payroll
Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a
plus. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field preferred. Proven experience in payroll processing or a
