Based in our Boston office, this role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and performance of our asset management services. The candidate will be instrumental in shaping risk policies and ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. Develop and implement risk management controls and systems. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with asset management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead risk assessment projects for proposed investments. Collaborate with other departments to align risk management strategies. Report risk findings and strategies to senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and asset management Proficiency in risk assessment software Excellent leadership and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Risk Management Certification (e.g., FRM or PRM)
