Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective collaboration. They should have a solid background in construction management or engineering, with extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
