Estimating and Sales Manager – Waterproofing Location: Fort

both new construction and remedial projects, ensuring long-term
protection and performance for our clients’ properties. Position
Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimating and
Sales Manager to join our team in Fort Worth. This role is ideal
for someone with strong take-off experience and a background in
waterproofing. Experience with remedial projects is a significant
plus. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates,
managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key
Responsibilities Perform detailed take-offs and prepare accurate
cost estimates for waterproofing projects. Analyze project plans,
specifications, and site conditions to determine scope and pricing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors,
property managers, and developers. Lead the sales process from
initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure
seamless project execution. Track and report on sales activity,
pipeline, and forecasting Required Qualifications 3–5 years of
experience in waterproofing estimating or construction estimating.
Proficient in take-off software and estimating tools. Strong
understanding of waterproofing systems and materials. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Valid
driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with remedial waterproofing
projects. Familiarity with Fort Worth/Dallas construction market.
Background in roofing or building envelope systems. Compensation
and Benefits Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate
