Superintendent – Commercial Projects We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with extensive experience in industrial tilt-wall construction and diverse commercial project types, including educational, municipal, and private-sector builds. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and team dynamics. What You’ll Do: Oversee day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up and large-scale commercial projects Ensure adherence to safety standards, project schedules, and quality benchmarks Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Maintain daily reports and supervise subcontractor performance Lead with integrity while fostering a respectful and collaborative site culture What We’re Looking For: 5–10 years as a superintendent on commercial and industrial tilt-wall projects Proficiency in scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, SureTrak, or equivalent) Ability to interpret construction documents and problem-solve in real time Strong leadership and communication skills with a solutions-first mindset Experience in K-12, higher ed, or municipal projects a plus Compensation & Perks: Competitive base salary up to $130K (DOE) Generous per diem and travel support Collaborative company culture with clear pathways to leadership roles Apply now and and send your updated personal resume and project list to melissa.strater@gogpac.com .
