Colleyville, TX, to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the
fast-paced world of warehouse and manufacturing automation. As a
Controls Engineer, you’ll join an elite team revolutionizing how
machines move, respond, and adapt — from CNC systems to robotics
and beyond. This role isn’t for the faint of heart — you’ll be
deeply embedded in the design, development, and deployment of
robust, intelligent control systems that run on top-tier platforms
like Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and KUKA, with active involvement in AMR
solutions and robotic system commissioning. What You’ll Do Design
and implement control systems for highly automated manufacturing
and material handling environments, including multi-axis CNC
platforms. Draft and develop electrical schematics, control logic,
and panel designs for custom machinery. Oversee system-level
testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site and in the
field. Collaborate in cross-functional engineering teams to convert
proof-of-concept ideas into production-ready products. Estimate and
scope control systems during project kickoff phases or customer
site visits. Train users and internal teams on system operation,
producing clear, effective documentation. Support new product
development, factory optimization, and customer installations
nationwide. Travel for customer engagements, trade shows, and
factory support (as needed — including occasional weekends). What
You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or closely related field. Minimum 1 years of
professional experience in automation, robotics, or material
handling systems. Expertise with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI software,
and hardware configuration. Hands-on experience with Fanuc and/or
KUKA robotics. Strong grasp of IT networks, panel layout, control
cabinet design, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to work
onsite, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and
think on your feet in fast-moving environments. U.S. Citizenship is
