The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of both automated and manual testing processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the test engineering team to ensure high-quality testing practices. Develop and implement test plans and strategies that align with project goals. Oversee automated and manual testing processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the Agile development process. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Manage performance testing and identify areas for improvement in product reliability. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Report on testing progress and quality metrics to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in test engineering and team leadership. Strong background in both automated and manual testing techniques. Experience in developing test strategies and test planning. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Knowledge of performance testing and quality assurance best practices. Experience in electronics manufacturing. Certifications related to quality management (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485) are preferred.
