Job Responsibilities: Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plansAssist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group settingManage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsMentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staffTeach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practicesBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentAssist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilitiesExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IProficiency in computer skills All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency and pass a background check.
