Your leadership in this position will make an immediate impact. The Opportunity: As the Processing Engineering Manager, you will help lead the strategy and management of our Process Engineering team. You will build a team that executes BPM and PMO initiatives. You will develop and maintain an effective capability for communication across the 401(k) Solutions Team. Your ability to customize communications for different audience levels is essential to success. You will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities. The Day-to-Day: Lead a team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Process Analysts to achieve success Develop measurable and streamlined standards for prioritization of resources Manage the product portfolio of initiatives for important processes and transformational projects Provide analysis of needs and process efficiency Implement an Intake Framework including management and reporting for enhancements, new functionality and full portfolio scorecard management Oversee project management and documentation, including guidance and metrics for project execution Your Qualifications: 10+ years experience in project management and/or program management 5+ years experience in technology projects and people management 5+ years experience in highly regulated industries and environments PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience preferred Able to produce reports from Jira, Confluence and project management tools Why Fisher Investments: At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
