Job Description:
The US Consumer Digital Governance and Controls Quality
Assurance Manager analyzes the quality and effectiveness of
controls within the USCD organization and drives improvements in
control design and execution. Highly developed communication and
diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and gain
consensus from stakeholders across US Personal Banking & Wealth
Management.
Responsibilities:
Develops schedules based on audit/review calendars and inputs from
reviewers, driving on-time execution of deliverables
Performs project and program management functions including
schedule coordination, stakeholder communications, project risk
management, dependencies and stakeholder needs for control quality
initiatives and operational risk related process improvements
Performs business analysis and designs quality checks for
individual controls to evaluate execution against procedures
Evaluates controls across the USCD organization to determine
quality of execution and to identify opportunities to improve the
effectiveness of risk management activities
Collaborates with process owners, operational risk officers and
issue managers to open issues, develop corrective action plans and
provide tactical support for resolution of issues
Develops and executes review test plans with input from Exam
Management, Control Design, and other stakeholder teams to assess
both control design and operating effectiveness prior to scheduled
audits and reviews to understand the operational risk landscape and
support audit execution
Communicates results of test execution to stakeholders to advise on
areas of opportunity and potential solutions
Qualifications:
6-10 years relevant work experience in operational risk, quality,
testing, digital/technology risk and/or process-oriented roles
Outstanding communication and influencing skills through all levels
of the organization.
Highly Adaptable - Remains calm and optimistic under pressure
and/or ambiguous environment and adapts well to unexpected
situations. Solicits and embraces feedback from others to make
changes to improve impact and effectiveness.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal
communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills

details
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process
improvement initiatives
Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills, with
ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers,
internal partners, external constituencies, decision-makers, and
stakeholders
Solid process background with a continuous improvement mindset,
identifying solutions to mitigate risk while maintaining lean,
nimble processes
Strong project management skills

initiative and is not afraid to go against popular opinion

Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially
Masters degree
