Operations enables technology managers across the organization to

workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent
development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and
employee engagement and communications.The Employee Engagement,
Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team manages and strengthens
CTI's internal employee engagement, culture, onboarding, as well as
talent and development initiatives. The team elevates knowledge and
understanding of organizational changes and structures within CTI,
ensures awareness of technology strategies across CTI and Citi, and
drives user adoption through change management and impactful

Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level
role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk
administration activities, including network maintenance, technical
guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology
Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure
technology knowledge and identified policies to process data,
resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.The Network
organization is responsible for the management of critical network
infrastructure, services, and monitoring across the enterprise on a
global level. Services offered span areas across Network
Operations, and Network Build/Solutioning. - The Network Operations
& Shared Services organization aims at Networks to maintain its
focus on strategic initiatives and key programs related to
improving the experience of customers and employees, increased
productivity, and strengthened controls.Network Vendor Management
provides support for networks and automation/tools services through
end-to-end business relationship management of all Citi business
sectors, engineering, 3rd party vendors, and senior business and
technology executive management. - The organization serves to
provide one point of contact to customers & stakeholders and
oversight of management processes & systems, while allowing the
operational functions to focus on core responsibilities. -Key
Responsibilities:--- Participate in strategic meetings with vendors
to align technology strategies related to product roadmaps and
consolidation efforts--- Assess global financial impact per
transaction e.g. regional P/L impact and taxation ----Attend
quarterly business reviews for strategic partners--- Serve as a
point of escalation for business relationship management---
Maintain vendor profiles e.g. account manager contacts, address
changes, acquisitions--- Accountability for end-to-end supplier
management processes.--- MIS Reporting for Senior Management;
status updates on supplier activities.--- Work with engineering and
operations leads as well as Service Management to plan supplier
record maintenance and third party risk activities for the year.---
Assist with Managing all support and subscription renewals for the
Network suppliers; central point of contact for tracking and
completing renewals--- Assist with Accountability for end-to-end
procurement process from initial engagement to procurement system
processing for POs etc.--- Host recurring meetings with engineering
and operations to foster collaboration and delivery--- Relationship
Management: - Act as central point of contact for all Citi business
sectors, engineering, and senior executive business and technology
management to coordinate and/or in support of (but not limited to)
strategic planning, client/business interactions and escalations,
technology implementations and migrations, issue resolutions,
incident/problem management representation. - Provide a "white
glove" type service to critical customers.--- Incident Management:
- Provide response coordination during production incidents and
represent organization on various business forums related to the
restoration, resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents.---
Client and Technology On-boarding: - Oversee the end to end life
cycle of technology implementation (purchasing to client follow
ups) and client on-boarding onto new and existing security
solutions with emphasis on time to market.--- Project Management: -
Design and drive large, complex projects to meet client, IS, and
regulatory requirements.--- Process Management: - Responsible for
the engineering/re-engineering and oversight of operational and
business processes and documentation while developing measurement
and improvement processes to continuously drive service
maturity.--- Financial and Vendor Management: - General oversight
of the P&L budget and contracts.--- Risk, Controls and
Compliance: - Serve as representative to internal audit, external
auditors and regulatory examiners on behalf of the area as well as
responsible for oversight of the internal control
environment.Qualifications--- Strong financial acumen, experience
driving negotiations for commercial terms ---- Must be able to
present to different audiences and adjust accordingly (business,
technical and management) either structured presentations or
ad-hoc.--- Business process improvement mindset with a drive for
controls, automation and efficiency.--- Must be able to multitask
efficiently and provide accurate, reliable, consistent end-to-end
service.--- The candidate is expected to have a very strong
knowledge Microsoft tools like Excel, MS Project, SharePoint,
Visio, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL.--- Strong self-management,
work autonomy and use of own initiative. ---- Ability to handle
ambiguity and make decisions and recommendations with limited
data.--- Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to
identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.--- Operates
with passion and drive when pursuing goals.--- Self-motivated and
goal-oriented with the ability to seize the initiative, garner
consensus and develop and implement an effective strategy.---
Demonstrates a high level of analytical rigor in formulating
strategies, objectives and measuring results.--- Willingness to
challenge and question the status quo, making recommendations for
best solutions.5+ years of relevant work experience--- Experience
in a Business Analysis, Technology Operations, Client Management
and/or Project Management role is required. ---- General
knowledge/experience in the following Information Security (IS)
technology frameworks is required (in-depth knowledge is a plus):
