Job Description:
Primary Purpose:-- The Sales Manager manages, oversees and
directs all personnel and operations within their given business.--
This includes all P&L, budgeting, and operations to ensure that
the business is performing at its highest
level.--Responsibilities:-- (This list may not include all the
duties assigned)--P&L responsibility for equipment sales
business to achieve both top line growth and bottom line
performance.----Create Equipment Sales strategies and goals for
Company and sales staff.--Target and acquisition of new clients for
Equipment Sales division through New Business Opportunities and
current client Whitespace expansion.--Support all sales efforts in
manufacturers to include work withs, sales presentations, sales
meetings, promoting new products, analyzing business and
co-ordinate booths at trade shows.----Ensure all employees in
Equipment Sales Division are meeting their KPI's by monitoring
CRM/Gamechanger--Analyze monthly sales reports for our Distributors
and Broadliners by establishing sales goals and targets, reviewing
sales reports, and detecting gains and loses to identify market
trends.-- ----Ensure all performance reviews are completed on time
and both company goals and individual KPI's are being met while
addressing any performance issues.--Ensure all company policies are
followed.----All standards and best practices are
followed.----Build and manage relationships with the region's
principals by communicating with them on a regular basis.----Meet
with distributors and major operators to review Acxion performance
and ensure Acxion is viewed as the premier agency.----Develop
expense budges and monitor them monthly to make sure we are within
spending limits.----Ensure all staff is properly
trained.------Ensure all performance reviews are completed on time
and company goals are being met while addressing any performance
issues.------Perform additional duties as
required.--Skills/QualificationsFoodservice equipment sales
experience is required.Direct Sales to National Accounts experience
is required.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written.------Ability to work independently with little
supervision, to prioritize/plan your schedule.------Able to
multi-task.------Able to have a good relationship with others and
provide superior customer service.------Effective time-management
skills.------Prefer college degree in business or related
area.------Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,
& Outlook.--Normal office conditions.--Prolonged periods of sitting
at a desk and working on a computer.--
