Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pro Account Manager to build and maintain customer relationships while driving product adoption and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities and drive product utilization
Understand customer business needs and collaborate with teams to enhance product features based on feedback
Achieve sales goals by managing a robust sales pipeline and working with onboarding and success teams

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a sales role with quota responsibilities
1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS or software environment preferred
Experience with consultative sales and upselling to external customers, including C-suite
Connection to the home services or construction industry is valued
Bachelor's degree preferred
