• Drive process improvements and implement metrics to measure team performance and product successQualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • 8-10 years of software development experience with leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of digital payments, financial systems, and modern software architectures
