is responsible for promoting Sagora Senior Living communities
externally through creating partnerships in the market resulting in
non-paid referrals. This role will provide strategy, support, and
vision to the Vice President of Sales and Divisional Directors of
Sales and Marketing in a specified Local Market Area to achieve
sales and occupancy goals through effective business development

wisdom to share!Responsibilities:
- Oversees unpaid lead generation within a given market
area.
- Keep abreast of any competitor issues that would affect
occupancy in the market.
- Identify new referral prospects and develop strategic plans for
establishing and nurturing positive business relationships. This
includes but is not limited to interfaces with healthcare
professionals in a local market area, such as physicians, social
workers, ancillary care providers, hospital discharge planners, and
related professionals.
- Create a Strategic Business Plan and engage in business
development activities and events for the Market Area.
- Schedule networking meetings on a regular basis to meet or
exceed established MBOs.
- Create and execute special events for the Local Market Area
working in partnership with Lifestyle and Pathways
departments.
- Visit local hospitals on a weekly basis.
- Meet with residents as directed by the Divisional Director of
Sales and Marketing.
- Organize and promote market area events to meet established
monthly goals.
- Order collateral promoting all communities through Sagora
Creative Services.
- Communicate any new leads to sales staff and Executive
Directors.
- Participate in a monthly call with community assigned RVPs and
Divisional Directors of Sales and Marketing.Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field and a
minimum of three years of sales experience in a related industry;
or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Two years of sales and marketing management experience is
required.
- Reliable car transportation with insurance, plus a valid
driver's license is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are
