OverviewLead the design and delivery of end-to-end data analytics solutions from a platform perspective to ensure technology scalability to meet business demands. Conduct technical POCs on data analytics and AI/ML technologies. Collaborate with data engineering and visualization teams within the Data, Analytics & AI (D&Ai) team to evolve and manage platform architecture patterns. This role is crucial for enhancing data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions, ensure alignment, and provide technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the Data & Analytics platform.
• Work closely with enterprise architects and system/data engineers to align program and product strategies with business and technical objectives.
• Establish incremental implementation strategies and technical foundations for the architectural runway; promote abstraction and generalization to maintain architectural flexibility.
• Ensure the use of common technology, design practices, and infrastructure; facilitate reuse of code, components, and proven patterns.
• Develop physical architecture patterns to support large-scale Data & Analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to size, scale, and tune existing and new architectures.Compensation & Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 and $249,900.
  • Location, skills, experience, and education will influence the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.
  • Performance-based bonus with a target payout of 25% of annual salary, paid annually, plus an additional 10% payout over 3 years post-performance period.
  • Long-term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

    • 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Big Data solutions; experienced Solutions Architect in designing & modernizing large-scale Data, Analytics & AI solutions.
    • 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics solution architecture, focusing on new technologies and tools.
    • 5+ years of MDM and data governance management experience (preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience with Azure technologies, including data movement, processing, Middleware, ETL, API, OLAP, and data tracking best practices.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
