It's what makes a ChiliHead a ChiliHead.Job SummaryThe Director of Development Strategy & Analytics will lead a market planning and analytics team focused on driving Brinker International's portfolio growth and optimization strategies through data-driven insights. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and communicate Long Range Planning and Real Estate Strategies, including new store openings and existing fleet optimization. They will oversee advanced modeling, predictive analytics, and sales forecasting to support decision-making and market optimization. The role is key to shaping the organization's growth, conducting market attractiveness studies, creating regional plans, and providing actionable insights to enhance asset performance and drive corporate growth. This position will also work closely with stakeholders to integrate financial analysis and store metrics into strategic real estate decisions.Your Key Job Functions

• Develop and maintain restaurant portfolio products- such as financial models, market optimization models, and performance dashboards- supporting various lifecycles stages including openings, remodels, expansions, relocations, rebranding and closings.
• Contribute to setting the strategic direction for Real Estate across multiple brands providing key inputs, tools, and analysis.
• Lead the development of reporting and analytics for Real Estate, Brands, Executive team members, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive transparency in measurement methods and leverage data visualization tools [Ie- Tableau] to simplify and communicate key performance indicators.
• Lead the development of high- impact, board- level presentations that articulate Brinker's strategic, data- driven approach to real estate decision- making.
• Influence executive stakeholders by synthesizing complex portfolio and capital investment insights into clear, actionable summaries.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Planning and Analytics team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cross- functional collaboration.
• Oversee the full cycle of Real Estate analytics products- from analysis and beta testing to productions and deprecation- while prioritizing initiatives based on business value and stakeholder impact.What You Bring to the Team
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate, FP&A, or related fields.
  • Expertise in advanced MS Excel, with proficiency in data management, visualization, and querying (SQL or similar tools); statistical modeling skills are a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and advanced data analytics capabilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to key stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and independent decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, a passion for driving change, and a strong intellectual curiosity.
