Job Description:

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.In this role, successful candidates would need to:

• Identify Needs / Requirements via Elicitation & Collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define and Communicate Requirements in a standardised and consistent format (JIRA) - Development of acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax.
• Model Requirements (where applicable) - Management of Requirements / Requirements Backlog - Providing relevant reporting and metrics of backlog and delivery, enabling transparency to Product Owner and upwards. Support the Product Owner in capturing and defining EPICs within the Product backlog to reflect strategic vision and deliveries.
• Support roadmap / project development, planning, and reporting.
• Transfer knowledge to upskill the agile/product team, whether business, technical, or other.
• Participate actively in relevant scrum / technical development meetings to aid delivery against captured requirements.
• Support capture and maintenance of relevant product, project, or audit documentation outside of JIRA.
• Contribute to scoping and prioritisation of the backlog.
• Ensure quality assurance and guidance across UAT.Desired Skills / Knowledge:

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Agile preferred).
• Project Management using JIRA & Confluence.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Business Analytics using Microsoft Power BI & Tableau.
• Understanding of business data models related to the custody domain.
• Data cleanup and processing tools like Xceptor.
• Understanding of data exchange formats like JSON.
• Knowledge of Investment Banking: Subsidiaries, CSDs, and contributing organizations.
• Understanding of Asset Servicing business.
• Custody Product Knowledge, including Data Architecture, Corporate Actions, Stock Record management, Trade Settlement, Instruction processing, Swift.
• Conflict Management and Stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
