There is potential to support the development and growth of a specialty treatment area, based on the preference of the candidate hired.Full-time hours of 40 per week are available. We have a culture of excellence.Caseload / Patient Population:The patient population for this role is general orthopedics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with orthopedics, treating hips, knees, and shoulders, and a small amount of neuro cases. Full-time PTs should expect to see 65 patients per week. Sessions are typically 1 hour for evals and 30 minutes for follow-ups.PTs have the ability to pursue passion projects based on areas of professional interest.Compensation and Benefits:Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience. A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $67,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.Moss Rehabilitation Center provides a comprehensive benefits package. Within this position, you will join a highly experienced team of Physical Therapists for optimal learning and collaboration.Work Schedule:The clinic is open Monday -Thursday: 9 am to 6 pm, Friday: 8 am - 5 pm. The clinic is closed on weekdays from 12 pm - 1 pm for lunch.No weekends. No holidays! Enjoy excellent work / life balance.Duties and Responsibilities include:Timely preparing a written plan of care (using our EMR system) based on evaluation findings.Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment with support staff.Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.Willingly participating in community events to help promote our practice.Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patients satisfaction.Job Requirements:Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).Eligible for Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.No experience is required. New grad PTs are welcome.Full-time availability is preferred.
