America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:Cook Children's (in Fort
Worth, Texas) is conducting a national search for a BC/BE Child
Psychiatrist to join our team of nine Child & Adolescent
Psychiatrists. This position will primarily serve the patients of
the newly opened Jane and John Justin Institute for Mind Health,
providing collaborative care between the departments of neurology,
neurosurgery, neuropsychology, developmental pediatrics,
psychiatry, and psychology. The position will be primarily
outpatient clinic work with opportunities to develop subspecialty
interests caring for the psychiatric needs of children and
adolescents with comorbid neurologic conditions. The position will
also include on-call and weekend coverage with our general
psychiatry pool. Opportunities for research and teaching are
available as desired by the candidate. The Jane and John Justin
Institute for Mind Health was created to provide a single point of
care for children with disorders of the nervous system. The

expansion.Qualifications: --- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor
of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required. --- American Heart
Association BLS and PALS. --- Unrestricted Texas Medical license
(must obtain prior to start date). --- Must have successfully
completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
(ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency
for pediatrics.--- Board certified/board eligible in Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry. Cook Children's offers competitive
