As a member of the Converge Rx Clinical product team, you will
contribute to our vision of advancing the pharmacy industry by
developing scalable solutions. These solutions are designed to
enable pharmacies to operate at the highest level of their provider
licenses. Our clinical solutions empower customers to bridge the
gap between pharmacy and healthcare, extending beyond the
prescription filling process to positively impact patient
outcomes.

As a Product Manager on the Converge Rx Clinical team, you will
help set the vision for the year to come by defining and
prioritizing product features that align with our strategic goals.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful
delivery of high-quality clinical solutions. In a SAFe Agile
environment, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to
launch, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Your role will involve continuous engagement with stakeholders to
gather requirements, provide clear direction, and ensure alignment
with industry standards and regulatory requirements. By fostering a
culture of innovation and agility, you will drive the development
of solutions that enhance pharmacy operations and improve patient
outcomes.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary,
UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive
benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock
purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to
