  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
  • 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations
  • Ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environment
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (HomeCare HomeBase, Workday, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
