Physician Assistant (PA) at Catalyst Physician Group, you'll be a

direct patient care and supporting clinical operations. We're a

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Functions independently to perform a
broad range of medical services including, but not limited to the
following: Patient Assessment Age appropriate history and physical
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and
x-rays relative to a patients specific needs Diagnosing and
treating acute and chronic conditions Prescribing medication
appropriately Annual exams Minor procedures Educating patients on
disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choices
Documenting encounters in EMR Providing direction, coordination,
and evaluation of patient care delivery Ensuring that standards and
care quality levels are consistently followed Following all
clinical safety protocols and infection control procedures Work
well with a diverse group of professionals in a team environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Current Texas license and
certification Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program Experience as
an NP or PA in an outpatient clinic setting Knowledge of current
clinical practices and clinical standards in the clinic setting
Competent with basic desktop software, medical practice management,
and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Knowledge of and
adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations Excellent customer service
and communication skills Ability to exercise a high degree of
initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years related experience preferably in a Primary
Care outpatient setting Athena EMR experience COMPETITIVE BENEFIT
