They improve patient outcomes and their techniques. /n Essential Functions of the Role /n /n - You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning. /n - You'll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs. /n - You will help implement education plans. You will create a positive environment to reach our goals. /n - You'll design and assess educational activities and projects. You'll engage team members and implement evidence-based content. /n - Use reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes. Involve learners in evaluation and adjust material based on data collected. /n - You'll build relationships with various community education programs and weave ethics through all aspects of your educational practice. /n /n Key Success Factors /n /n - Familiarity with nursing practices, standards of patient care and procedures. /n - Comprehensive grasp of pertinent laws, regulations and standards set by accrediting agencies. /n - Knowledgeable in the areas of health promotion, illness prevention, and healthcare terminology. /n - A deep respect for medical and nursing ethics, and commitment to safeguarding patient confidentiality. /n - Adaptable teaching skills that cater to diverse learning methods. /n - Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for interacting with a varied group of people. /n /n Salary /n The pay range for this position is $40.35 (entry-level qualifications) - $62.52 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate’s specific qualifications and prior experience. /n /n Belonging Statement /n We believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported, and that our workforce should be reflective of the communities we serve. Qualifications /n /n - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. /n - At least (2) two years of pertinent experience is essential. /n - (RN) Registered Nurse license and (BLS) Basic Life Support certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within (30) thirty days of hire. /n /n PREFERRED RN EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALITIES: /n Case Management /n Utilization Management /n Appeals or grievances
