Unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity

Mother Baby /n /n /n Patient Population: Postpartum and Normal
Newborn /n /n /n Patient Ratios: 1:3 Couplets typically (could have
a mix of 6 patients, i.e. 4 moms, 2 babies) /n /n /n Number of
Beds: 50 beds /n /n /n Department Specifics: Largest number of
deliveries in Tarrant County and growing, Maternal Designation
Level IV, Magnet, Texas Ten Step, cross train to NICU low risk and
GYN, 150 staff which includes Nurses, Tech, Health Unit
Coordinators, Lactation Consultants, and Family Resource. /n /n /n
