manage quality initiatives and educational programs. They serve on

RoleYou will establish and share your vision for nursing practices
within the unit.Work closely with supervisors and nursing staff to
reach department goals. Teamwork is key in achieving
success.Prioritizing a positive work environment, you'll ensure the
establishment of effective processes and protocols, fostering best
nursing practices and research.Encouraging the growth of each team
member, you'll facilitate their professional development in both
clinical skills and leadership capabilities.To excel in your role,
stay informed on new nursing research, best practices, and patient
