The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring the continued mobility and health recovery of our patients. Work directly under the supervision of Physical Therapists to implement specific therapy plans. Assist patients with different types of exercises, movements, and techniques designed to improve their functionality and mobility. Document patient progress and any changes in their condition, relaying information to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and how to manage their recovery at home. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as professional standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed directions and maintain rigorous compliance with treatment protocols. Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations and travel to varied home settings. Dexterity and physical stamina required to assist patients with physical tasks.
