Assess patient condition by examining muscle and nerve function, strength, and range of motion Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals Implement physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress Educate patients and families on treatments, therapies, and maintaining mobility Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements Strong foundation in physical therapy techniques and treatments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple patient caseloads effectively Proficiency in the use of physical therapy equipment and tools Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice CPR certification recommended
