Services Overview A Joint Venture (FMP) is seeking highly qualified
and committed Locum/Contract Certified Phlebotomy Technicians to
provide services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in the
North Texas area (VANTHCS). The successful candidates will be
responsible for ensuring timely and professional phlebotomy
services at the designated facilities. Service Locations Services
will be performed at the following locations within the North Texas
Health Care System: Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster
Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic (FWOPC), 2201 SE
Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76119 Key Responsibilities Perform
phlebotomy services in accordance with established VA and
regulatory guidelines. Ensure efficient collection, processing, and
handling of specimens. Adhere to all Contractor Rules of Behavior
and ethical standards. Maintain flexibility with work schedules to
meet operational needs. Required Qualifications & Documentation
Candidates must be prepared to submit the following documentation
as part of the application and credentialing process: Resume High
School Diploma or equivalent BLS Certificate (Basic Life Support)
Certificate of completion of a training program (if applicable to
qualification path) Certification (Preferred/If applicable to
qualification path) Continuing Medical Education (CMEs) records
Statement of Availability Immigration and Nationality Act
Contractor Certification Three (3) Professional References: Must be
equal to or higher level of licensure/qualification than the
applicant, including the current or last supervisor, with Name,
Address, Capacity, current Telephone Number, and Email Address.
