for Internal Medicine Private Practice Position Overview We are
seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to
join our established internal medicine practice. This is an
excellent opportunity for a provider who values personalized
patient care and wants to be part of a collaborative healthcare
team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient
assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Manage acute and
chronic conditions in adult patients Order and interpret diagnostic
tests and laboratory results Prescribe medications and develop
treatment plans Perform physical examinations and minor procedures
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and timely electronic
medical records Provide patient education on disease prevention,
wellness, and health maintenance Participate in quality improvement
initiatives Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing from an
accredited program Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
(ANCC or AANP) Active state RN and NP licenses Current DEA license
BLS and ACLS certification Strong clinical assessment and
diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
