pediatric therapy clinic located in Frisco, dedicated to providing
high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients. Our team
specializes in supporting children with a wide range of
developmental and therapeutic needs. In addition to our clinic
services, we collaborate with various healthcare facilities to
provide skilled therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental
treatment for both pediatric and adult populations. We are
currently seeking passionate and qualified therapists to join our
growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our
patients. Role Description We are looking for a compassionate and
dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join full-time in
Aubrey, TX , serving a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
facility . In this role, you will work closely with individuals
with special needs to support communication, speech, language
development, social interaction, and swallowing skills when
applicable. You’ll create individualized, goal-driven therapy plans
that empower patients to express themselves confidently and engage
more fully in daily life. This position is ideal for an SLP who
values meaningful connections, collaborative teamwork, and making a
lasting impact within the community. You’ll partner with families,
caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team to create a supportive
and encouraging therapeutic environment. What You’ll Do Conduct
comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on functional communication
goals Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy
interventions Address articulation, expressive and receptive
language, social communication, AAC, and feeding/swallowing as
appropriate Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational
therapists, nurses, and facility staff Educate patients and
caregivers on home strategies and carryover techniques Monitor
patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and
state guidelines What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Texas
SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC-SLP) preferred Strong understanding of communication disorders
and functional therapy approaches Experience in skilled nursing,
hospital, or community-based settings is a plus Excellent
communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to
adapt within community-based healthcare environments A genuine
