Job Description Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon Fort Worth,

thriving patient base for a retiring physician. This is a rare "Day
1 Partnership" opportunity designed specifically for a surgeon who
wants the autonomy of private practice without the typical
financial barriers of a buy-in. Immediate Partnership & No Buy-In:
Join as a full partner from your first day with zero buy-in
required. Benefit from a transparent financial model, including 24
months of shared projections and support for your initial growth.
Surgical Scope & Autonomy: Focus on complex knee and hip
preservation (scopes), with the option for shoulder and elbow
procedures. You will have a defined 3-year ramp-up period with your
overhead covered by the group during this initial phase. Strategic
ASC Access: Secure equity in a surgery center at a lower cost
through our physician organization. Avoid high-cost, established
centers and maximize your long-term ancillary income. High-Volume
Support: Step into a workflow designed for efficiency, seeing 3040
patients per day in the clinic. You will be supported by a tenured
Office Manager and a flexible MA structure that scales as your
volume and mid-level support grow. Optimal Schedule: Start with a
4-day clinic/1-day OR split to build your panel, transitioning
long-term to 2.5 days in clinic. Enjoy a MondayFriday schedule with
no weekend requirements. Ancillary Earning Potential: Participate
in diverse revenue streams including Physical Therapy and Dexa
(eligible after 6 months), providing a robust and stable income
structure beyond surgical fees. Qualifications: MD or DO with Board
Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Fellowship
training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine is required. State licensure
and board certification are required. Compensation & Benefits:
