HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist RRT for our Pediatric NICU to provide compassionate, expert respiratory care to the youngest patients in our care. Administer respiratory therapy as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient responses to treatments and modify plans accordingly Operate and maintain all respiratory therapy equipment Educate patients and families on the use and care of respiratory equipment Collaborate with NICU team to design respiratory care plans Document therapy and outcomes in patient medical records Stay current with the latest respiratory care practices Expertise in ventilator management Strong understanding of neonatal resuscitation Ability to handle stressful situations Proficient in using respiratory care equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Active state licensure BLS and ACLS certification NRP certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
