Job Description:

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a VP, Social Work Services to oversee and enhance the delivery of social work and patient advocacy services across our network. This role is crucial for developing strategies that align with our commitment to provide outstanding care to patients with kidney disease and related health issues. The VP will lead initiatives to integrate social work practices that support patient care, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement social work policies and procedures across all clinics. Lead a team of social workers and ensure continuous education and training. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to integrate social care with overall patient treatment plans. Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning healthcare and social work. Manage budget and resources for the social work department. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expert knowledge in healthcare regulations and social work Ability to manage budgets and resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in data analysis and program evaluation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Certification in healthcare administration is preferred
