They manage the Regional Funding Manager(s), daily funding operations, ensuring there is adequate staff with necessary tools, and department training needs. Handles conflict as it relates to internal customers, and dealers.

• Ensure the achievement of all funding objectives including volume, turn time, portfolio performance, legal and procedural compliance.
• Manage Stellantis loan processing production, work quality and service levels.
• Evaluate performance versus established metrics and identify operational deficiencies and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Credit, Direct and Retail Product Managers, Marketing teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and accuracy in information sharing.
• Provide leadership, support, and motivation to funding teams.
• Review exception deals and make decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop, coordinate, and support training activities and staff development in accordance with SFS policies.
• Implement and monitor necessary reports to ensure production and quality goals are achieved.
• Maintain confidentiality with regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • High school diploma or a general education degree (GED).Skills Required:
    • In-depth knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Efficient analytical and mathematical skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong leadership competences.
    • Critical thinking proficiencies.

Typically, between the hours of 8AM-8PM Monday through Friday and on weekends, as needed.
