Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager to help operate our child nutrition partnership with schools in Keller, TX . Candidate will have K-12 Public Schools knowledge of Child Nutrition regulations and will work directly with district employees and school sites, implementing signage/marketing programs, gathering customer data through surveys, focus groups and taste testing. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do: Deliver high quality food service; Achieve company and client financial targets and goals; Develop and maintain client and customer relationships; Create a positive environment; Have oversight of day-to-day operations by making sure menu planning, meal pattern compliance, recipes, and HACCP standards are being followed; and Create a positive environment, on a schedule that is typically M-F with nights/weekends off. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
