Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their staffing needs - Conduct bilingual communication with candidates and clients to ensure clear understanding of job requirements and expectations - Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system - Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruiting strategies - Stay informed about local labor market trends and employment laws in Dallas, Texas Skills and Qualifications: - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages - Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related HR role - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Texas - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred We foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that values growth, innovation, and community impact. Requirements: Requirements : Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in recruitment or staffing (required). Full-time availability. Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
