We are currently recruiting for a--highly skilled--Systems Engineering Displays and Processing Technical Lead. This person is the leader of a Systems Engineering team which consists of SMEs for the development of Displays and Mission Processing solutions for airborne and ground applications.-- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical plans and lead the team in the execution of such plans to ensure that the Customer Requirements and Expectations are achieved within cost and schedule constraints. The Technical Lead is expected to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and have the ability to work well with others.-- The Technical Lead reports to the Engineering Director - Pilotage. Responsibilities: --Program Execution:
* Lead a team to provide innovative technical solutions to fit within budget and schedule constraints.
* Technical briefings to management and customers.
* Excellent planning, management and communication skills.
* Development of technical & product roadmaps and competitive assessments.
* Lead and/or review of proposals and bids and participate in customer presentations.
* Ability to deal with complex problems in an international environment of cultural diversity.
* Partner with Business Unit Program Managers, Engineering Directors, and Project Engineering Managers to ensure the program is being staffed, supported and executed.--

* ESA Senior Management.
* ESA departments; especially Quality Assurance, Program Management, Finance and Manufacturing.
* ESA Assigned Customers.
* ESA major suppliers.
* Federal Government Agencies.
* Military Branch Representatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering--or an--equivalent discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience - specifically Displays and Mission experience.
- Processing development experience (Military products preferred).
- Cost Account Management experience preferred.
