Job Description:
Required Qualifications: At least 8 years of IT experience in
customer service technologies including Contact center cloud based
Products, solution design and implementation; also experienced in
omni-channel and AI/ML solutions. Hands-on experience in Experience
in functional design and implementation for contact center
solutions; Experience in Amazon Connect Cloud based Contact center
E2E that includes design and implementation of Static and dynamic
call flow design, Speech Lex, Real-time dashboard, Call Audio
Analysis with help of Amazon Lambda, S3, Transcription, Comprehend,
Glue, Athena, QuickSight. Hands on experience with Terraform ,
Lambda( using Python and Java) and API development. Experience in
Amazon Transcribe, Lex, Polly, Comprehend, Connect Contact lens,
Experience collaborating with a globally distributed team Ability
to adapt to rapidly changing requirements, while handling multiple
responsibilities Ability to provide high quality insight to
stakeholders to inform business decisions Critical thinking Good
presentation skills
