excellence policy. Job Description: This job is responsible for the
day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and
execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit
or smaller business unit(s). Key responsibilities include
strategically advising upon the design, development, and
implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion
within the project management methodologies. Manage medium-large
projects to support DIIVO (Document Imaging , Indexing and Vault
Operations) document automation efforts. To expand operational
excellence, DIIVO is building series of new state-of-the-art
straight through processing automation solutions using generative
AI/Deep Learning to develop an intelligent horizontal capability
for document classification and data extraction for incoming
correspondence across the enterprise. Primary responsibilities will
include partnering with technology to define the requirements and
testing of these solutions or models including evaluating impacts
to people and process. This role requires establishing strong
working relationships and working closely with product and process
owners across various business functions. Responsibilities: Advises
on the design, development, and implementation of complex products,
systems, and services in an operations environment using
discretionary judgment Advises on projects and directs activities
of a team related to special initiatives Advises as a technical
expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business
unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within
the operations function Consults on present-state, develops
alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates
implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide
effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control
Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for
key programs/projects Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years
experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role, in financial
services industry. Analytical & complex problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile SDLC. Strong proficiency in Excel (External
Links, V-Lookups & Pivot Tables) or data mining tools like
SQL/TOAD. Experience working in matrix environment. Self-starter
with strong communication skills; ability to communicate with
different audiences (including executives), and lead
“horizontally.” Must be able to work independently and is not
afraid to make a decision and act on it. Demonstrates commitment to
excellence by anticipating needs, identifying and mitigating risks,
and minimizing potential problems. Must be adaptable and have
experience working in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment,
managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Desired
Qualifications: Experience with or exposure to OCR and Machine
learning technologies. Has worked on unstructured document
classification/data extraction business processes. Skills: Customer

benefits information Pay range $59,700.00 - $96,300.00 annualized
salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and
skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible
to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
