Manager in the Enterprise Technology - Identity and Access
Management team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex
technology projects and programs that will help reaching business
goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical
principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing
innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing
resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong
analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to
navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology
initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication
and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive
working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve
mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will
contribute to the development of operational plans and risk
management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and
professionalism in service delivery. You will drive
cross-functional programs that identify, assess, and mitigate
technology risks across platforms and services, partnering closely
with Product, Delivery, Risk, and Compliance to develop
operationalize controls, accelerate remediation, and ensure
adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. Job
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team
IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and
measurable outcomes. Partner with Product and Delivery teams to
assure the translation of requirements into product and engineering
roadmaps; prioritize to deliver predictable, high-impact results.
Identify, assess, and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks.
Establish program governance and execution rigor (RAID management,
dependency mapping, steering forums, escalation paths, decision
logs etc.). Ensure IAM programs are delivered with regulatory and
policy adherence through embedding compliance-by-design,
privacy-by-design, and least-privilege principles. Apply technical
depth to resolve delivery trade-offs, and de-risk delivery. Manage
resources, and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity across
internal teams and third parties. Build and sustain strong
stakeholder relationships and executive communications; provide
transparent dashboards on roadmap progress, risk posture, and value
realization. Lead organizational change management—readiness,
training, adoption—and drive continuous improvement through
process, tooling, and automation. Required qualifications,
capabilities, and skills 5 years of experience or equivalent
expertise in technical program management, leading complex
technology projects and programs in a large organization Advanced
expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish
productive working relationships and influence decision-making
across cross-functional teams and clients Advanced experience in
utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products
and managing vendor relations, to enable and enhance shared pools
of applications and services Proven track record of effectively
managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a
fast-paced, agile environment Demonstrated proficiency in applying
analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down
business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable
tasks and activities Technology control management or information
security experience with emphasis on control assessment,
mitigation, and control design/effectiveness. Program delivery
experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
Executive communication: ability to translate Program Risk into
business terms for senior leaders and inform strategic decisions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Practical
experience with public cloud services and controls (e.g., IAM,
identity federation, RBAC, secrets management). Hands-on experience
in Identity and Access Management, including privileged access
management concepts and tooling. Experience operating in highly
regulated industries, applying standards and best practices.
Demonstrated understanding of how to leverage emerging AI
technologies and tools to aid in the efficient delivery across a
programs lifecycle.
