Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures for asset management. Oversee and analyze current investment risks and predict potential risks. Lead risk assessment projects and ensure alignment with international risk standards. Collaborate with portfolio managers and compliance teams to integrate risk management practices. Report on risk findings and make strategic recommendations to senior management.
