Systems Engineer, you will work directly with senior engineering to
proactively identify and address all problems, including, but not
limited to, PC issues, setup, and configuration. You will also have
to troubleshoot some server issues, website issues and network
issues. The Systems Engineer needs to have understanding and/or
superior knowledge of general PC Lab and Help Desk activities,
desktop, laptop, software, network, systems, Exchange, and Citrix
Xen. Responsibilities: Strong hardware support: General
troubleshooting and setup of desktops, laptops, printers, handheld
and other peripheral devices Strong operating support experience
including Microsoft Windows XP through Windows 10 and Apple OSX
Software support: Microsoft Office, Citrix, RightFax and other
custom software. Supporting Microsoft Exchange /Active Directory
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND PROFICIENCY PC’s and laptops Citrix Xen
Active Directory Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Must
have a minimum of 2 years of help desk experience with end user
hardware, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and active
directory. Must have solid interpersonal skills – Professional and
personable, strong verbal and written communication skills Must
possess good troubleshooting skills – software and hardware Must be
self-motivated – start and follow-through Ability to quickly learn,
utilize and train others on unfamiliar software Strong focus on
customer service Ability to read and interpret documents such as
safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
valid conclusions. CompTIA A and MCSE preferred. While performing
the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk
