a litigation attorney to join it's Plano, Teas office. The firm
practices in a variety of areas including litigation, bankruptcy,
real estate transactions and litigation, and construction

dynamic, committed and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our
thriving legal team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to
work on a wide range of complex civil litigation, commercial
litigation, and transportation litigation cases. As a key member of
our team, you will represent clients in court, mediations, and
arbitrations while managing a diverse caseload. If you thrive in a

litigation, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1.
Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to
expert discovery, manage the cases from start to finish, conduct
legal research, and assist in the discovery process. 2. Develop
litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, prepare necessary
legal documentation, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for
clients. 3. Actively participate in trial practice, including
drafting and arguing motions in court, taking and defending
depositions, and managing document-intensive cases. 4. Handle
commercial and transportation litigation cases, providing legal
advice to clients, and preparing and presenting cases to the court.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals, and
maintain client relationships. 6. Stay updated with the latest
legal trends and legislation that can affect the current cases and
clients. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. 2. Must be a licensed attorney in good
standing in Texas with at least 2 years of experience in civil
litigation, trial practice, commercial litigation, and
transportation litigation. 3. Exceptional knowledge of federal,
state, and local court procedures, rules, and evidence laws. 4.
Proven track record of managing a large caseload, ability to
multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Excellent
negotiation, research, and communication skills. 6. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think
strategically and make sound legal judgments. 7. Proficiency in
legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. A team
player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong
relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. 9.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information with discretion. 10. High degree of professional ethics
